Bode Ojeniyi, Group Executive Director, SIFAX Group, has urged young Nigerians to ideate innovative solutions that will boost the country’s economy and provide jobs for the teeming population.
Speaking at the premiere and unveiling of the top 18 contestants of The Next Titan Season 9 show which was held at the Lagos Continental Hotel recently, Ojeniyi said entrepreneurship is the way to go, especially at a time like this. Citing the example of Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, SIFAX Group’s Chairman, whose entrepreneurial prowess has birthed a conglomerate, he urged the contestants to guard their loins with hard work, faith, tenacity and dedication in order to succeed.
“I am here today to represent our Chairman, who is a worthy example of an entrepreneur who stayed focused on the grind and today has achieved a lot for himself. Never give up and don’t under estimate the power that you have. Whatever you set your mind to achieve will be done. Always distinguish yourself with excellent customer service offerings”, he said.
The top eighteen contestants were chosen from the seventy two finalists who made it to the boot camp. They will do battle among themselves for the next ten weeks.
This year’s edition tagged ‘The Game Changer’ will see the winner go home with the sum of twenty million naira (N20,000,000) and the runner’s up with five million naira (N5,000,000). The Next Titan is Nigeria’s foremost entrepreneurial reality TV show.
