Luc Deruyver, a Belgian citizen is an MBA holder from Harford University,
St. Paul (MN), USA; majoring in Shipping and Port management. He has over 35years cognate experience in shipping and maritime business which has taken him to three (3) continents of the world, namely; Asia, Europe and Africa.

Luc has served at top management level in the last 23 years in the maritime sector. He has gone through many Professional training both in Europe and Asia. He is a member of the Nautical Institute, London and speaks French, English and Dutch languages. He is also a 1984 Elite worker of nation award winner from the Belgian government.

Luc could aptly be described as ‘Mr. Shipping’ as he has worked from the lowest level of Deck Officer, through operations manager in Europe Middle Co-operation, Dubai (UAE), to Deputy Managing Director, COTECNA destination inspection Ltd, Lagos. ( Nigeria) before joining Ports & Cargo Handling Services as General Manager in 2007. He is happily married.
